The Shakya Muni College bodh gaya was situated behind the 80ft. of great Buddha statue.The College was established in the year of 1983 by profrssor J.N Brahamachari, Retired head Deptt of pali. The location of the college is beautiful ans peaceful. More thean two thousand student are studing here. About 300 girl student from local area also study in the college. More than 35% of the student are from foregin nation like : Thiland, Combodia,Vietnam,Burma and Srilanka etc.regular classes are run everyday.45 big room are in college .the campus of the college is wide and beautiful.The library facility and practical rooms are satisfactory. there is no other college near 15 km to this college.the college is serving to the all categories of student like Poor, Dalits,etc from 30 year.
